First one: "The answer to your inquiry it is the same person, but please note that a) there is no relationship and or any affiliations between Billy Mobile & Tangelo. These are two separate entities with no business dealings of any sort. That being said, Vicencs does have involvement in both Billy and Tangelo. Finally, as far as Im aware there is currently an investigation by the authorities but there has been no charges neither to Vicenc nor Billy at this time. 2nd One: " One more point here Vicenc does not hold an operational role at Billy Mobile, just Chairman"
