I thinkwe have to look at this from a trader'S point of view: obviously anyone wanting to be 'in' before even knowing the exact wording of the law to come ...well is 'in' therefore not affecting the price of the shares.

This only leave trader, seeing that the buying volume is low, they automaticly want to short this stock.  many of them don't even bother to learn the corporation they are shorting, they just see an opportunity and grab it... these are the same that may have problem covering their shorts when the law is knowned and big money start pooring in.

All and all yesterday and today is not a bad thing...just be patient and grab whatever cheap shares you can afford

buy hold repeat...and relax, enjoy the ride.
