That's true, because the story on  the venture is always if, maybe, but, "we seek safe harbour", soon, etc. The numbers are real, warrants are real, PP'S are real, options are real, shares outstanding are real, money In the bank, etc. It's amazing what you can learn about management and their Intentions from these numbers. There's a definite pattern that occurs when there's huge PP'S.  Very obvious with mto and sek. You figure out the pattern and why it works the way it does, you avoid a lot of losses, by getting  out at the right time.
