ALL Board members should resign!!!!!!

53% voted against the compensation proposal by management/board but the board approved it anyway. Why have comon shares with voting rights. The board does not honor them anyway. Why are our pension fund managers so incompetent?? They get paid big bucks too and but are asleep at the wheel on governance. DO SOMETHING RIGHT FOR ONCE!! Why the complacency? Management does NOT deserve the bonus.....they have crippled the company and so has the board - they should get the boot!!!
