I agree with you. Larger the loan, better off for CRE's shareholders since SP would increase due to less dilution.
If the credibility of the management has anything to do with the amount of loan CRE can get, Dr. Haber will be a tremendous asset to get that loan.
But I think that the loan's collateral would have to include the Rose property itself (the ground) and not only the equipment built on the site.
