I think and if I'm not wrong there a pp hapening. At around a 20-just the way it's trading in the last week's. And I would agree with others once it's done we could see it ramp up to 30-40 -in no time. Patience is key.

Yes it sure looks like a PP is coming. I don't even see the point of guessing at what price but it  would sure be nice to get it over and done with. That could be what's bottle necking news at the moment. 
Get the PP done quick as BB suggests and then bring on the news. We'll see. 
If the PP is done quickly don't be surprised if insiders take the whole works. As I said before these guys are ....loaded and that is a fact. 
One comment earlier reminded me what Jonathan said yesterday. Once the LP is granted there is going to be a "rapid" expension of the facility in Quebec. Nothing in the way of numbers were mentioned of course. 
One of these days when I have time I'll hunt down Erick Factor and "victimize" him with a "few" questions :)
