RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Annual General Meeting of Stornaway Diamonds

I sent an email to the Contact of Stornaway telling them that all the links were disabled. That is probably why you were able to view them. If no one complained, they could be disabled up to the Annual General Meeting.
It would be prudent to go through looking for language in the "Notice and Management Information Circular" that would allow Stornaway management to merge with Dominion at their whim. They are not showing the first quarter financials till after the AGM. Funny that. They want to keep the value of the shares below a dollar so when they merge they can take your value of the share and put it in their pockets, or Rio Tinto's pocket. You would then need 16.35 shares of Stornaway for one share of Dominion, or for the combined companies. Fancy that.

Who is in favor of that.

If the Financial information of the Diamond auctions were presented, would the value of the Stornaway shares be $3 or $5? Anybody listening. I gave the email address of IIROC to complain to. This is Fraud, unless enough people jump all over them and show concern. Do we want fair market value?

ANYBODY OUT THERE LISTENING .....  ?
