RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover........Not yet...

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Takeover........Not yet...I think more than 6 months. The slide started in May 2015 and went from about $4.30 to $2.25 by Jan 2016. The stock run up to the Reservoir deal lifted  it to $3.75 by April. A price never to be seen since. We have been moving sideways with some pretty big ups and downs since the deal. Since the end of Feruary we have been banging down around the lows set last February. The aquisition looks to be a temporary diversion but looks to be over since we are almost through 2 months of trading below the lowest point since the annoucement. I do not know Nevsons past. Do you know why it started its drop 2 years ago? The dividend and now the index change explains part of what is going on now. At this point I would guess cutting the dividend was for crisis management that is not known at least to us. Did mamagement know 2 years ago that we were going to have a separation problem when we transitioned to zinc? I would hope we have more honest management than that!

Does anyone know who has sold or added big amounts to their shares? When does that filing come out?
