RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Is it over?As far as I know , listing OTC may be optional. I believe Quebec-Ontario railroad traded there in the 80s for $12,000 per share , another company with most shares held by insiders , like ONEROOF. In this case it seems they over-extended the companies financing and had to pull in their horns a bit in order to survive. I can`t say for sure the extent of insider selling , if any. they don`t seem to like sharing information until they have to and if they aren`t finished yet , they could have explained it better. It was a little unclear , but , I got the impression that winding down meant downsizing in order to survive , but , wish they could have been more clear. If it`s any consolation , there aren`t many shares available on level two below .12 but doesn`t mean there won`t be. If they are trying to save cash to survive , listing OTC makes all the sense to me. THNX and GLTA.
