I need some advice

Invested in this stock when I saw the volume go up. Most of my 'market' buy went through at .09, 437 shares went through at .19!!! and there were a few left when I last looked but based on the posts they probably went through at .21 grrr How does this happen? There were enough shares available at lower rates. I'm using RBC direct investing and will give them a call when done work. k back to work, will check for your advice, if there is any, when done. Appreciate it.
