There are absolutely no guarantees that this deal will be finalized. The current 21/2 -3 cent bid/ask  shows the lack of confidence investors have in the deal being consumated.

This is not to suggest the deal wont become a reality within the next 30 days . The problem many of us have is the fact that Sunset Pacific Petroleum has not provided any  News as to what progress has been made since August 2016 as to any progress that has been made in Tunisia.

The Website has not been updated and the contact phone number on thec Website has been disconnected.

The least the Company can do to create Investor confidence, is to provide more information as to the conditional agreement . Where  do things stand with the Tunisian Govt and how they propose raising the funds the fund the exploration ??????

Most of all the Company needs to provide a phone number where investors can communicate directly with a Company  IR representative  to discuss the News Release.
