If you are trying to imply that Enbridge is going to outbid PPL for VSN, you are even more stupid than I thought. PPL might sell their share of the Alliance pipeline to Enbridge, and I would welcome that. But PPL paid a high price for VSN, and Enbridge has no interest in paying even more.
