Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust Unit T.CUF.UN

Primary Symbol: CMLEF

Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust is a Canadian REIT involved in the ownership and management of properties throughout the Canadian provinces. Cominar's real estate portfolio comprises a mix of office, retail, and industrial and mixed-use properties. While industrial and mixed-use assets are the most numerous and command the most square footage in the company's portfolio, office and retail locations combined represent the vast majority of the portfolio's total value. Most of Cominar's properties are located in the Greater Quebec City and Montreal areas. The company derives nearly all of its revenue from rental income from its investment properties. The source of this revenue is largely split between Cominar's office and retail locations.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Focus on YldI agree CUF is underperfoming, hence the share price... yield goes up when shares drop... does it drop further if they cut the distribution? Really I dont know.. its easy to think they wont becasue Im a shareholder, but in reality it could drop further. I think it depends on many other fundamentals in their books, but to just say it wont drop is wrong and to say it will drop is just as wrong... In reality we dont really know if it will or not. Lets hope they stay on track and dont cut it, and get their portfolio back into strength where we can see progress...... Until then the shares will remain supressed..... Specuation on whether it drops or wont drop if they cut the distribution really is pointless conversation at this point.........And I have 20,000 shares at a cost of $14.80 (full disclosure)

we are done SP value wise for a long time
Iam not worried about the current price even though its down more than I lkie I can live with that deal  but if they cut the dist after saying they would not it will kill this stock
every one yaps about  buying opertunity etc BS
I only look at yeild and theres lots better(if the frogturds cut the distribution)

there are lots of REITS for less money and pay out 8.8;; 9 ;;9.2%   and either have held their value or increased in the last 6 months
