Since the company hasn't made profit in years, and doesn't show it will turn things around in the foreseeable future, the only value in the company is its assets. And since it has discarded all of its valuable real estate, book value now approximates market value. Equity is just over 200 million. Market cap is just over 200 million. I see the price dropping into penny stock level by the end of the year. Intrinsic value continues to drop. They don't have any more fixed assets to sell to maintain cash flow. A few years ago over a billion dollars in fixed assets; now only 200 million. They will probably squeak through this year as a viable entity, but after things get difficult.
