The Fund will invest at least 80% of its managed assets in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities and non-convertible income securities. The Fund will invest at least 30% of its managed assets in convertible securities and up to 70% of its managed assets in non-convertible income securities. The Fund may invest without limitation in securities of foreign issuers. Fund invests in various sectors, such as technology, financial, communications, energy, basic materials and other. RE:RE:RE:I feel like they abanded usIn 2016, the Company lost about US$284,000.

Below is the executive compensation summary from their AGM materials - gotta wonder how the workers in Mali feel about this ... also gotta love how the CEO was getting paid in Sterling and now that it has cratered he is getting paid in US$ ... great work if you can get it.
