the simplest was to understand Real Matters vs Clarocity is that Real Matters will tell you which appraisers are the most accurate in your group of appraisers. Whereas Clarocity will make any and all appraisers accurate and you can use realtors in your process to increase an appraisers output.

The benefit of Clarocity's approach is that is eminently scalable. This is particularly important given that there has been a large reduction in the number of appraisers since 2008 (somewhere around ~35% reduction).

This is why the industry as a whole is moving to where CLY already is.
