Bloomberg is reporting tonight that Russia and the Saudis have agreed to extend their oil production cuts until the end of March of 2018, that is for almost a whole YEAR! If they manage to convince the rest of the participants to agree, that will really underpin the oil market, and put us on track for major gains as the year goes by. And that will raise all boats, including PPY.
