The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

RE:NEWS: Eldorado to acquire Integra Gold Although AEM may be more likely, I still wouldn't rule out ELD on bidding for Sabina.   Eldorado used about 129 million on this deal.  They have a new CEO and have shown that they want to move into safer juridictions.   They were cashed up with over 900 million dollars after selling their Chinese assets so still have a lot of money left.
