Not the 1st time this has happened recently.
IMHO it's due to the negativity generated by Shale drilling/fracking in the US. That has been increasing as the price of oil has risen.
Regardless, I bought today as I'm convinced that TVE will do well over the rest of this year & we'll all be smiling come Xmas time.
