They will have a 3rd party inject tons of equity and hopefully take a 30%+ stake int he company so that they can pay down half the debt. They will issue more shares but hopefully at a very nice premium price of ( I would love to see .15-.20+ cents) - 

Then, with the debt problem behind them, they can continue to focus on growth and that Unity platform is what is going to launch their growth. That stuff is next gen stuff for mobile apps. Great stuff ahead.

Stock will then rally from these levels hopefully to a nice .50 cent level by Christmas (here's to hoping) and then boom boom boom, we make money.

See how easy it is? Warren Buffet did it this way, and so will we.
