RE:tick tocklongs have to really start to wonder why there has been no financing for summer program, June is only a few weeks away and then a few weeks more, the days start to get shorter. Work could have started by now, no reason to delay the work and financing unless the summers program, like the winter program, was never really going to happen. Good luck.
