RE:RE:RE:Trading at 0.265If Simon Hatfield & his management team in any way receive compensation, jobs or any other tangible benefit in return for their support of the deal other than the cash for their shares and options,normal severance pay could be held in breach of their fiduciary duty to the shareholders and end up in court. Lets be sure they be given the golden handshake while the small investor gets shafted ! Just my opinion.
