CNZ has 200K tones of compliant Zeolite, and if they drill the whole Bromley property, all things being equal, will amount to just over 3M tones. That will not happen because there are areas on the 30.8 Acres that are not great or even good. The other property has a non compliant resource estimate. 

No idea how this is valued at 15M, makes zero sense.
