Until someone invests in some infrastructure and an operating mill, this Windfall thing appears to be all hype. The only real thing there is Metanor's Barry which isn't hype, but an actual pit they use to pull ore from until they discovered it was not profitable. They at least made an attempt and it can be put back into production, in a short amount of time.
