I would love to see someone coming in with a better offer. The fall in ELD SP makes it that bit easier/cheaper for a new bidder to compete. However I am not very hopeful.

I pointed out when the offer came in that ELD SP has failed to get above $5 for several months. Using $5 as a relative offer guide is misleading IMO.
