Well, it can sit at $.80 or $.90 until a BETTER deal comes along, which it will. This scam deal of de Jong is a rip-off to long-term shareholders of ICG. If it takes a class-action suit to make them see the light, so be it. ELD is a pretty mediocre company. I am voting "NO" with all my shares.
