Not sure how to explain this when it looks like volume on all the markets together today was only 266,000 shares traded and the high for the day was $1.23, not the $1.26 specified. Maybe its some kind of cumulative disposition filing! The trade also shows up on Sedi as a May 30, 2017 transaction. Sedi also shows GT having a balance of over 870,000 shares which is roughly where I would expect him to be based on previously noted dispositions.
