Ethics and Public CompaniesNot sure why someone would even suggest a letter. Either it's a public news release formally or nothing. Does this imply the posters on here or some of them have no clue about how information is properly disseminated from public entities?
If information that is sensitive ( which in these weird times anything coming out of the horses mouth would be ) is splattered in emails from the officers that pretty well implies insider trading advantages.
Does the securities commission need to be involved?
Lets hope the management makes the internal review necessary and the change of key positions that are deemed critical so " Joe Public " can move forward.
Even the notion of a forthcoming clarification or the advantage of knowing an unscheduled or untimely news release is suspicious.
There are many action items outstanding and time is ticking by.
They would be foolishly spending lots of " stuck and tow " money in the June rainy season. Don't hold your breath.
Meanwhile we all hold hands and watch with amazement.
