RE:RE:SGFThe only net new technical information is that they were looking at draglines to remove all that overburden. They mentioned this 4 or 5 months ago.
Don't think any of the old and museum worthy draglines in Northern Alberta are worthy of re-using again.
They still use draglines in Australia and a couple of other places.
Draglines do run right off the electrical grid and I can assume Saskatchewan has cheap electricity. Cheaper then diesel.
I don't think a new dragline will ever touch canadian soil again...but maybe it is worthy enough to make it into an updated FS study.
