I've seen the market price drop below the offer price a number of times now, and have bought as offerings and cash were available.  Today i was lucky & able to buy at $10.24 instead of the offered $10.35.  Now its a waiting game.

I won't say its a rule, but it does seem to be a pattern.

Learned from my (many) previous mistakes.

I have been doing the same. The problem for the company is that they seem to do a financing every time the share price gets close to $11, thus undermining their own share price. And if everyone does what we do, no one will buy the financing, making it difficult for HOT to convince the banks to do yet another 'bought deal'.
The company really needs to quit doing this, and let the share price rise to where it should be. This was a big acquisition, maybe they don't need to do any more buying for a while?
