Tax reporting.

Tax reporting.If I were to purchace bbu.un on the TSX and hold it in a non RRSP account, as a Canadian; would I be looking at filing US taxes in adition to Canadian ones for the dividends. Is this because it is a limited partnership? Is the same true for brookfields Canadian mutual fund products?
