It would be interesting to hear MGW's side of the story. I originally thought TheraCann's role was only to deal with health Canada. But in MGW's news release it said:

"Maple Leaf has agreed to not move forward with its previously announced arrangement with TheraCann International Benchmark Corporation respecting the design, engineering, and construction of its cannabis cultivation facilities in Telkwa, B.C."

They have Paramount designing and constructing both Nevada and BC. So maybe the breach was related to TheraCann's issues building in the US? Would CCI, who offers similar services as TheraCann, pick up the contract if MGW did something wrong or not trustworthy? Seems like CCI's role is only to expedite the ACMPR application.

It's interesting that TheraCann would state this:

"utilizing TheraCann's reputation to raise capital without fulfilling any commitment to, or intention of, employing TheraCann's services"

MGW had no issues oversubscribing their PP in the past. Did people buy into MGW because they hired TheraCann? Or did people buy into MGW because they are at Stage 5, constructing in BC, constructing in Nevada, and producing in California?
