Agreed and thanks...dates make sense now. 

If you want to try to figure out the claims, you can try to decipher it from the original JV, which is posted on SEDAR as "Other material contracts - English" dated Sept 23, 2013.  They give all sorts of map coordinates outlining various concessions.
