RE:RE:RE:VotingI can only go from my own experience with splits.  And they have all been negative.  Granted, most were penny stocks and I know this situation/company is different.  

We're all entitled to our own opinion, however, please refrain from posting inaccurate statistics unless you can back them up with facts.   99%??  I think what you meant to say was 99% of the splits are recommended if it can benefit management.   I've been in the game way to long to know that there's no way splits will benefit the shareholder 99% of the time.

We retail investors have zero to say about it...especially if big holders back the company.They usually do.
I pay more attention to posts such as retires...where he posted that insiders bought.It wasn't chicken feed either.
Those are important developments.
