RE:Novo Announces Changes in Management Team; New CEO and CFO

RE:Novo Announces Changes in Management Team; New CEO and CFOLooks like a good move to me, assuming there are no underlying motives. As much as I like NVO - and keep adding to my position - I've never been all that comfortable with the chief geologist of a company also being its CEO. Expertise in geology and expertise in running a company are too very different things (see Netolitzki's SKE for example) and as well as QH has performed in both roles simultaneously, I think it's wise at this point for him to take on some capable hands to help steer the company in to it's next stage of growth. One has to assume he's been itching to get his hands dirty in the new discovery, and we can all look forward to him coming back with some very rewarding results now that he is freed to do what he does best.
