Declining margins may be the function of trying to move a lot of product at low mark-up. It may be, as PointNorth has indicated, poor inventory management. I am mad enough to vote for the alternate slate of candidates but understand that there are unknowns with PointNorth. You could withhold your vote but in this case it almost becomes an automatic vote for PointNorth. My concern is that if the current board gets back in they will shrug off the close-call, and get back to doing nothing about share price.
