Investors got word of a financing and sold into the bids in order to have cash to purchase the pp at 25 cents with 50 cent warrants. In the markets, there is always a reason why things seem off. In this case it is now obvious. Not a killer in terms of dilution and i think most of us knew a pp had to come to finanance their growth..still, it sucks if you bought in the 40's.

can you share with us what the larger investment implications would be?

I think that it is pretty good news that the pp was not far off the sp at 0.35. It means that a lot of people have confidence this stock won't be staying at these levels for long.
