ahh i see, i didn't think about the stop losses... as you said dilution shouldn't be that bad, theres roughly 30 million shares outstanding, 700k at .35 is about 2m shares, so about 6% company stock was issued in this private placement..
You cannot set a stop loss on a CSE listed stock as a retail investor....
