RE:DRIP_SDP & Payout Ratio At $45 WTII can't believe this stock has been killed so much ! Does anyone here believe this thing can get back to 8 ?? I mean what is it going to take I'm at the point where I believe that even if oil.goes to 55 it still won't recover what are your thoughts ??
