RE:dilution

RE:dilution

yaaababy

- after reading these comments of yours below (>>"..."<<), very much doubt that you are an investment banker (either way don't really care, so you can be whoever you want to be)
- you are most likely just an inexperienced investor unsure whether to buy more

your membership profile isn't very transparent, yet you ask for transparency

 >> " How much is just for cash cushion?    My point... WE get diluted every time they raise capital and we don't even know what the capital raise is specifically for.  How are we expected to continue to 'double down' and spread the word to other investors when we are left holding the bag for each dilution?  I believe in the story and the management team, but I would like a much clearer explanation as to exactly why the private placement is $1.7 million, as opposed to $500k, $1 million, etc.  Why are we experiencing additional dilution and how much is actually necessary?  These questions deserve to be asked and answered at this point." <<

if others are reading this - please pay attention to this part:

" How are we expected to continue to 'double down' and spread the word to other investors when we are left holding the bag for each dilution? "

" How are we expected to continue to 'double down' and spread the word to other investors when we are left holding the bag for each dilution? "

" How are we expected to continue to 'double down' and spread the word to other investors when we are left holding the bag for each dilution? "

So you first DOUBLE DOWN - THEN YOU spread the word to other investors.

What a guy.
