If you bring the meeting 6 months ahead and also add the wording "special" there must be something out of the usual....

So my prediction, the reason they still havent released the details is that the "special" part still needs to be disclosed in an official NR. I would expect for a NR the coming days; which will then be followed with all the information for the meeting.
