Met with Both Companies-Vote white proxy!

Met with Both Companies-Vote white proxy!Met with both companies over the past week. I voted for Liquor stores white proxy this morning.
Liquor Stores management had strong reasons for all of their decisions and Sharholders best interests in mind. They are professionals at navigating this highly regulated market.
PointNorth lost me when they said they are going to renovate all stores in the first 2 years and that included renaming all the stores under a new banner and with a new format. So they wont even be using one of the names currently on the building. All those new signs we paid to put up will be coming down. They expect to spend $170,000 a store on their plan. They think that by cutting selection and renovating 90 stores a year there sales will go up during this time.  They seem oblivious to how cut throat the Alberta Market is. For BC they plan to expand as quickly as possible. This means paying whatever it takes for licences (I hear up to $2,000,000 per licence). Their reason for this is because Jimmy Pattison has been buying up licences. They do not seem to realize that Pattison owns the Save on Grocery stores in Bc and that those licences offer him a much larger advantage. I can not see any large shareholders voting for this plan. If PointNorth wins these shares are going down. Voting for the White Proxy should be done before 10am tomorrow if you are self directed. Really easy instructions are on the sheet. If you have a broker you may need to call them and make sure they vote for you.
