Off takes

Off takesI don't think we will hear about any off takes until after SIL makes up it's mind. "No free looks here". SIL will have to decide without having any knowledge about off takes.  SIL is supposed to decide "mid-June" according to the web site but that is tomorrow if mid means the 15th. If tomorrow is the day, I wonder who might have known in advance, prompting the 10% share drop today of if it is just shaky shareholders.

I think too much emphasis is put on off take agreements. They might affect share prices or market perception, but they won't have any affect until the mine is built.

I think the MOU with Weston Aluminum is much more important than an off take agreement. They plan to use scandium with this aluminum recycler to produce master alloys that can be immediately sold into a much larger market.  They will, in fact, be creating their own market for scandium oxide. I think that it is so clever that the market just doesn't get it yet.
