You may recall a couple of years ago Olympus was sued, I believe in the USA, for around 1B and settled at the time for a fine of around 625,000,000 - no problem. I remember at the time that we noted on this board they could have paid about 6.75 for all TOS shares for the amount of the fine. All that to say I can't see Getinge getting TOS for anything under at least 7.50 once the VP4 is cleared as the only system capable of sterilizing scopes like those manufactured by Olympus.
