RE:RE:Yes they will finance i!No one would mind project dilution at this point. Most would welcome it, I assume.
There would have been room for any of the possibilities based on numbers, except management took care of that.
If anyone wants to defend management, go ahead, try it. But one simple glance at the bids and you will see how futile that would be. Everyone is scared of the upcoming announcement. There is still a possibility for one about a partner, one that would come at a 3x premium, yet no one dares to believe in it or if they do, they won't bet on it.
