I read the prospectus, was not clear who was covered under the hold. Are you suggesting with a bigger float that more opportunity for someone to start accumulating? Its too bad the company doesn't seem to be more tranparent in their holdings and plans going forward. Perhaps that's reflected in the stock price, $180M valuation. Canopy is at $1.27 BILLION valuation, 7x cment. Someone please explain this to me. As Trump would say "Disappointing valuation", they have lost ~$60M valuation from IPO. What gives? And do you think institutional, god forbid they had to ride this down, are happy? Nope, cmed is going to get taken out and instituion will pile on. all IMO.
