I can't see this being a long halt as halts are very negative for shareholders and FCC management would like to see this resolved in days.  It wouldn't surprise me if they have been working all weekend on this, I would say halt will end by Wednesday. I would believe that exchange pressured FCC / CSX to halt the stock.

So that was the best CSK management could do for us?

My next guess is that FCC shareholders will realize they got a steal with issuing paper to CSK for .20, there will be an initial balancing of the share price with FCC dropping and CSX moving up a bit over next few days, then company fundamentals will prevail and FCC will continue to move up based on it being the consolidator and its prior momentum after the announcements were made.

Effectively CSK shareholders while disappointed with the share exchange ratio are better off with the new management team.
