Mill is absolutely correct in our path forward,as retail investors, is "How is this going to be financed", going forward. This small step forward is probably the largest in years for the company. There has been background signals occurring over the past year and a half pointing towards something. Cudjo refers to them as being negative, I say different. The pumper I am for believing in my investment.
1.  Robert Friedland, on December 31, repositioned his entire  Peregrine holdings? Why? Taxes?    Don't know yet.
2. Chantal Gosselin's brought on board. A mining financier.
3. Golden parachutes instituted for all.
4. Tom P. has basically moved over to Kaizen but will still reap the benefits of Peregrine and be apart of it moving forward.
5. Ekim's posting of the "discussions" up to this point.

My opinion is still that we are merely waiting on lawyers and other entities for this to be finalized.
Yes, I am nervous, but I continue to keep buying opportunities.
I haven't put up a million dollars of my own cash to keep shareholders feeling comfortable but I appreciate that somebody else with a vested interest has.
