RE:Agm

RE:AgmMy suggestion is a class action suit . We name all controlling minds whether they be directors, officers and/or pinnacle .  We can retain a firm such as koskie minskie in Toronto or even Scarfone Hawkins in Hamilton  or any reputable law firm for that matter. I need not remind all of you that as shareholders in my humble opinion we have been neglected throughout this past year and even prior thereto. I want to apply for relief before the courts by way of the statutory rights we are entitled too such as the oppression remedy that has probably been breached. Only a court of competent jurisdiction can make such a finding and we won't know for certain if we're entitled too any remedy unless we initiate such action.  My understanding is that class action counsel may engage the process on a contingency fee basis so our risk will be somewhat tempered. I feel so maltreated by all of the silence and failure of this company and its controlling minds that perhaps the courts are our only avenue for relief " thoughts?
