All I'd say is knowing Chalise is done and you knowing it but no one else, based on insider information does gives you an undecided advantage regarding whether to invest more or not before the rest of the market catches wind. You see. I actually consider this closing consequential to the valuation of the company. But alas...you do not. You see the LOI as being the determining criteria for valuation. I consider the deal done, sale documents signed, sealed and delivered as being just as if not more important than the LOI.

My lithmus test would be, would you ever see insiders loading up on stock if they had the deal completed but bought said stock before they told the rest of the world?? Think about it Shylock.

 I'd like to come out and play insults with you but.....maybe some other day.
